libga2 software package provides C++ Library of Genetic Algorithm Components, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libga2
libga2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libga2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libga2 *
You will get with libga2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
